The plaintiff was presented to the hospital where she was treated and released, and then received one month of physical therapy. The case was tried before the honorable David Ironson and lasted four days. After closing arguments, the jury deliberated for 17 minutes and returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $300,000. The case was tried by Jared Drill on behalf of the firm.
