Bio
Jeff has over 21 years of civil litigation experience handling serious bodily injury cases including premises liability, wrongful death, catastrophic automobile accidents and workers' compensation claims. He has represented injured employees in workers' compensation cases including police officers in all of the major towns in Bergen and Passaic counties. His work at a small law firm for 11 years followed by 6+ years of high volume litigation at mid-sized insurance defense firms has resulted in a well rounded and balanced approach to the practice of law. Jeff has coordinated investigations in connection with insurance carriers, subject matter experts and governmental agencies.
Previous practice included professional malpractice defense and the defense of commercial transportation companies and their insurance carriers in all stages of complex litigation in New York and New Jersey courts. Jeff brings to the practice a diverse mix of hands on plaintiff and defense experience.
